Reset a repository without deleting project
Problem to solve
In some cases, there's necessary to delete a whole repository and restart it from scratch.
My proposal is to add an option on Settings -> General -> Advanced, for cleaning the repository (delete the .git and re-create it clean).
That's can be a good option if you need to reset repository, without losing issues, for example. As I can be found, there's a similar old question on gitlab forums, but the workarounds proposed didn't work. The post are: https://forum.gitlab.com/t/how-can-i-delete-a-repository-and-push-a-new-one/690
(I'm sorry if this option exist on any place, but I cannot found it even I've searched for it at Google)
