Relative time for past MR actions are in the future

You should be able to repro the condition by leaving an MR page open for a while (half hour?) and then comment on it and merge in short succession without a page refresh.

I'm not sure how the time-ago value is calculated, but it's also possible that if the server or the client clock is off, you'd see behavior like this.
