Remove icons in file-related Project Overview page

Problem to solve

We added an awesome iteration on improving our Project Overview UI with https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/51243.

One additional improvement we should look into is removing the icons shown in , e. g. "README", "Contribution", "Add Kubernetes cluster", ….
Link buttons and "Add new" buttons are already separate via button outline and the "Add keyword". Additional icons don't provide much value in my opinion.

Let's remove the redundant icons.
