Add pronunciation to GitLab profile page

This was an idea that was brought up during the Monitor team fast boot experiment trip in Berlin.

We have a lot of GitLabbers from different countries and it can be difficult to determine how to say someones name correctly. It would be nice if we could add the following to help remedy that in a distributed team

Proposal

• Add a new field on the profile page that people can write how to pronounce their name using the International Phonetic Alphabet

this should be a free text box

Out of scope of this issue:

• Add a new field where people can record how to say their name, it can then be displayed on the profile for other users to click and hear how a persons name should sound
