Feature Request: Trigger Post-Event after Deleting a GitLab Project

While this feature is available upon deleting a branch in a GL project, there is nothing available at the project level.

When we delete a project we would like to trigger an event, particularly a script that can "do something" proprietorially.

A use case would be to run scripts that perform cleanup jobs on objects that were results of this deleted project (VMs, runtimes, databases, artifacts in artifactory/nexus, etc).

The logic of this script does not matter, only the ability to execute upon GL project deletion.
