Docs feedback: Permissions may differ for personal projects

I recently learned that personal projects do not have an owner role (see Issue 3561). I find the doc page "Permissions" to be misleading, since the "Maintainer" of a personal project actually has more permissions than described in the docs. For example, I am of course allowed to delete the personal projects that I created. Therefore, I think the doc page should be updated to reflect the different permissions in personal projects.
