Accessibility issues pertaining to 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions

• The “filter by commit message” content in the filter box at the top of the Repository-> Commits page has no accessible label.
• Same with “Filter by Branch Name” in the filter box at the top of the Repository->Branches page.
• And the “Git Revision” filter box under Repository->Graph.
• And The “Filter” filter box on Issues->Labels.
• And the filter box at the top of Issues->Service Desk and Merge Requests.
