Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to a merge request with a comment on changes.
  2. Click on a comment timestamp on the Discussion tab.
  3. Click on a same comment timestamp on the Changes tab. The comment will be highlighted if you click on that link, try loading the Changes tab without #note_122600534 URL suffix and then click on the comment timestamp.
