Search returns unsorted results for eager loaded scopes

While working on !43295 (merged) I noticed that although we receive a specific order of results from elasticsearch we had a different one for our active record relation. Most of the time it was ORDER BY id. It happens when we build AR relation from the elasticsearch response.

This issue is created to track this problem. Most likely it will be fixed in !43295 (merged)
