[Improve documentation] - How to use Prometheus Alerts ?

Hello,

I would like to know how to use the default Prometheus Alerts.

When I go http://localhost:9090/alerts I can see defaults alert but I don't know how to use them and enable it.

Is it possible to reuse it in Grafana ?

I have added this plugin in Grafana https://grafana.com/plugins/camptocamp-prometheus-alertmanager-datasource but I can't configure them on the endpoint localhost:9093 ...

I can't find any documentation about that
