Pages access level change incorrectly named in Audit Events

Summary

The pages access level Everyone in a project is displayed in Audit Events actions as Unknown:

Steps to reproduce

  1. In a project, change Settings>General>Visibility>Pages to Everyone
  2. Check Settings>Audit Events in the project or use the Audit Events API

What is the current bug behavior?

Changes of pages_access_level attribute of a project from/to public are incorrectly shown as Unknown.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Changes of pages_access_level attribute of a project from/to public are shown as Everyone.
