Add table output to SAST and Dependency Scanning jobs

Problem to solve

With the removal of DinD &2462 (closed) we no longer have centralized jobs compiling sast and dependency-scanning output. These orchestration jobs would output a useful table to the job log listing detected findings.

IMO that output was quite useful for quickly debugging and determining whether a report was empty and/or what it included. We should consider adding back the table output

Restore table output of report findings in job logs (EXAMPLE)

Copy renderTable functionality to command/run hotpath to output report contents after writing.
