Add todos status filter for closed, merged, and all

Problem to solve

I'm occasionally clearing Todos that are Issues which are closed or Merge requests which are closed or merged. However, there's to way to filter closed issues or merged merge requests.

Proposal

There's already a filter for type (Issue, Merge Request, Epic). It could be useful to expand these options to include issue, merge request, and epic status. Of course, Type could be renamed to Status then. Possible dropdown options could include the following:

-- Open
-- Closed
-- All
# Merge Request
-- Open
-- Merged
-- Closed
# Epic
-- Open
-- Closed
-- All
