Create teams per project

At the moment when I want to notify someone inside a MR or an issue I either have to do @all or select and notify each one of them like @member1, @member2.

I can invite groups but this means I have to invite all the group to a project.

It would be nice if gitlab had teams and I could notify teams instead.. Something like @designers, @devops.. these teams should be per project.
