Adding or removing filters on boards with mouse should trigger reload

Summary

When using the mouse to add or remove filters on the board there is no refresh happening. You always have to manually focus the search bar and hit ENTER.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open issue boards
2. Click filter bar and add filter with mouse (e.g. assignee) → No refresh happens
3. Click the small “X” next to the selected filter → No refresh happens

What is the current bug behavior?

Refresh is only executed when using the keyboard for filter adding/removing.

What is the expected correct behavior?

When selecting filters via mouse and the filter is complete a reload should happen.

In the video first only the mouse is used. After nothing happens i hit the ENTER key.
