GKE Cluster disks don't get cleaned up
Today @dosuken123 reported that we had reached our disk quota (10 TB) on us-central for the internal Google Cloud project:
It turns out we have a lot of disks that are not in use by any cluster:
I went ahead and deleted them, but I'm more curious: Are these clusters managed by GitLab somehow?
