change CI_PIPELINE_IID manually

Hi everybody!

Now we are migrating to GitLab-CI from another CI platform and we have a little problem here

All packages names contains pipeline ID. and in the "old" Ci system this parameter have value like 5000 and in GitLabCI its value like 100.

as i understood CI_PIPELINE_IID is a project parameter and its changing will not affects any issues for us.

So how can i manually change the value of CI_PIPELINE_IID?
