Add examples to new frontend testing guide

https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/21344 documented the different categories of frontend tests we have in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/new_fe_guide/development/testing.html. We should add code examples there to make the guidelines more clear.
