Indicate on the Merge requests overview page if you approved a certain MR already

Description

Right now you have to click on every merge requests to know if you approved (the latest version) already.

Proposal

add an indicator on the overview page to show if you approved the MR already, preferably also including a x/y (x approvers already / y approvers required)
