Use Webmock for stubbing Kubernetes calls ?

  @tkuah I noticed that in a lot of other places we're just using Webmock for stubbing. Should we be consistent? Is there some advantages to each approach?

  I actually don't really mind either way but wondering if the inconsistency is more accidental or intentional.
