Check usage of /app/views/projects/remove_fork.js.haml and project/transfer.js.haml

As we are targeting to have all legacy JS eval of JS templates replaced by an up-to-date implementation, we should recheck the current implementation of

TZ: It seems that in this case the pages are not even used anymore and can maybe deleted right away, please recheck. I tried searching for reference and also including console.logs in the partial but nothing showed up
