Release notes
Allow disabling of keymaps in text entry e.g. ctrl-b. Keyboard shortcuts can be disabled globally but this doesn't include recent additions to the text entry UI, such as ctrl-b wrapping the caret in **, presumably to mimic a text editor like MS Word. This feature clobbers behaviour like ctrl-b -> move caret back one place, and is hence extremely annoying for emacs users.
Problem to solve
As a user I want to disable ctrl-b -> add markdown characters for bold text, so that I can move the caret using that key combination
Intended users
Users, usually developers, who use key combinations for navigating text entry
