Docs feedback: Dead link in gitlab.rb template

While editing the gitlab.rb file I noticed the following link in the 'Automatic issue closing' section leads to a blank page:

https://docs.gitlab.com/ce/customization/issue_closing.html

In case it's specific to this version, I'm using the latest gitlab/gitlab-ce Docker Hub container.
