Notification to admin for new group/sub-group/project in gitlab

Hello everyone,

I would like to know If there is a feature available in gitlab, where an admin can be notified of new groups/projects creation on gitlab instance? If not, How do we achieve this?

As as admin, I have some users with group creation permission to create groups/sub-groups/projects as they needed. If the group owner doesn't add me in the members list, I wouldn't know If the group/project was there or not. How should I monitor these activities without being added to any group/subgroup/project as an admin?
