Steps to reproduce

1. Set Jira-Integraion at the project-level
2. Confirm both the JIRA-link and the Jira-dynamic-urls point at the desired URL.
3. Change Jira-Integraion at the project-level to point somewhere else

Now, the JIRA-link points at the correct (new) server but Jira-dynamic-links still point at the old URL.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Both the JIRA-link and the Jira-dynamic-links should points at the correct (new) server.
