show list of gitlab users having created or commented on issues

💡 It would be nice for every project to have a list of the gitlab users having either created or commented on the project's issues.

The user list should be

• ordered by number of contributions (= created issues + comments)
• titled "users"
• inserted as the last submenu in "issues" after "milestones"
• and should display information about the participating users:
  • number of created issues
  • number of received 👍 for created issues
  • number of written comments
  • number of received 👍 for written comments
  • anything else ?
