sortorder of labels

I would like to get control over the order in which labels are attached to issues.

examples

Labels attached to issues in GitLab CE seem to be sorted by some criterion (priority?) and then alphabetically.

Labels in my project seem to get attached in alphabetical order only.
How can I change this ?

~"feature proposal" 💡 Add labels in chronological order.
(Or if you wish to keep the current behaviour, make it optional with a checkbox in the labels definition area "add labels in chronological order".)

This way I would be free to choose the order myself.
