Code navigation jobs fails on medium sized Go repositories

Summary

The Gitaly project used to be able to run the code navigation job for improved reviews and code navigation for our repository. Recently this changed, as the pipeline jobs started to fail: for example https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitaly/-/jobs/738390287

Start a new pipeline for gitlab-org/gitaly.

What is the current bug behavior?

The CI job fails, so no recent lsif is generated.
