unable to clone in gitlab-ce 13.3

I am getting this error while cloning from my gitlab self hosted. I have gitlab-ce version 13.3.5 installed on ubuntu 18.04 I am running command git clone https://nerdy.citeall.com/../xyz/abc.git getting this below error fatal: unable to access 'https://..//**.git/': The requested URL returned error: 500 Please help
