Convert files references in job log to html links

When you are reviewing a job's log in order to see why it failed, it can be painful sometimes to open the files which raised the errors (if you want to take a quick look), especially if you're using a mobile device. For example imagine:
It'd help the users if we could transform every reference to a file inside the repository into an html link that would open the file inside GitLab's blob viewer.
