Option to remove "License Expiring" bright orange warning bar

Description

If the license is purchased a month or two at a time, the big bright orange bar never goes away. It's obnoxious and unnecessary to show hundreds of users when it's only relevant to a single person. Also takes up valuable real estate.

Proposal

Either:

1. option to remove the bar universally
2. option to remove the bar per user
3. option to reduce the number of days away before showing bar (ie 7 days)
4. show it once per day then go away
5. ...
