Show emoji reaction users in order they were added it in tooltip

Problem to solve

When hovering over an emoji reaction in issues, MRs, comments, we display the usernames of users that added this reaction. Right now, "you" are always shown first, even if there have been users that added this emoji earlier than you.

I want to understand when a user has added a reaction (outside 👍/👎) in the first place.

  • Slack is showing "you" in the correct chronological order

Let's reflect the time of added emoji reactions by showing your reaction in the correct sequence.
