Increase maximum number of dotenv variables

Description
There are teams within our enterprise who are using this mechanism who are at 15 variables. Please increase this limit on gitlab.com to 20 or 30 to leave room for growth. In my humble opinion this limit could be something which could be much higher in the future, but I could only speculate was kept lower for performance considerations and evaluation.
