Auto-Remediation - Remove user callout - Frontend

This follows up on #247543 (closed).

In #247543 (closed), we've added a user callout to let users know about the new Auto-fix feature. The callout doesn't need to stay there forever, so we should remove it a couple releases after it was introduced.
