Adjust color of low severity symbol

Background

The new GitLab colors have been merged and are now being utilized in the product. Unfortunately, in the original issue to determine the new severity badge styles, we designated the colors based on the old color system. Fortunately enough, all color values translated appropriately with the exception of Low.

Proposal

Change the color of the Low severity symbol from the 300 value to the 200 value.
