HTTPS clone option missing after upgrading from 8.17.0 to 9.2.1

Hello there,

since upgrading, there is no option in the dashboard to clone via 'HTTPS' and this causes our runners to fail to clone the repo. How do we go about enabling it back?

Runner output:
