Not able to close the Merge Request

Hi Gitlab Team, I'm able to close merge requests through the command line. from UI of the Gitlab-CE version, I'm not able to close the Merge Request. The branch looks like merged. But that request is processing for an infinite time. From 12 series only we are facing this issue.
