Please add CI tests for installations where gravatar is disabled

Background:

Somehow, I have the feeling that every release introduces a new regression in the Avatar system. I guess, this happens because the test system assumes a Gravatar enabled installation.

To catch such regressions, tests should run with Gravatar disabled.
