RSS feeds for projects of interest (starred and/or member)

There are RSS feeds for

• starred projects
• projects with membership

But no RSS feed for both categories combined (projects that are starred and/or with membership).

So the user can only subscribe to both feeds.
🐛 Resulting problem: The user will get duplicate RSS messages if the categories overlap.

💡 SOLUTION: Add RSS feed for projects with any involvement (either by star or by membership)
