Bug: Cannot load the default 'Open' and 'Closed' lists in a board view

Summary

I have a new project created in the past few week (I believe this is relevant) for which I receive a constant spinner in the board view for both the default 'Opened' and 'Closed' lists.

This behavior began today when testing issue creation for a new project which had been previously blocked by the issue here:

#238416 (closed)

It is notable that older projects do not have this problem, it is related only to a new project from the past few weeks. This is the same behavior that the above issue encountered where older projects were not affected.

Steps to reproduce

Create a new project, create a few test issues, view the Board, observe the spinner.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The 'Open' and 'Closed' lists should load.
