Reaction / emoji search does not return some emojis...

When adding a reaction to a comment, the emoji search panel does not return some emojis, such as party popper or vanuata

  • party popper (does not work)

Edit: Further detail as per #220853 (closed) , as reported by @firelizzard :

GitLab only exposes the emoji description and not the emoji name. Given that the search only matches against the name and not the description, this leads to a bad user experience.
