Labels search box cleared after clicking some label

We use a self-hosted CE edition (version 11.x). We often change issue labels here:

We have many of them, so we use filters. Right now, if we put some filter in Search box, it is cleared after clicking some label in the list. In the past, I believe, it was not cleared, which was convenient, because we could easily add some label and remove another one (like adding Status: Done and removing Status: Doing).

I think the earlier behavior was better.
