Links to style guides for design contributions are missing

Problem to solve

Styleguides for Design page makes use of reference-style Markdown links for which there are no links anymore:

In addition to restoring the links, I'd suggest moving to inline links as per: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/documentation/styleguide.html#links.

• Update existing documentation
