Filter projects by group_id or tag_list

Dear GitLab Team. We're using GitLab integration in the JIRA which uses your project API for searching projects which are supposed to be linked with JIRA projects.

What we miss very much is to filter projects by groupId where the project belongs to, or by tag_list. Can this be please considered as feature request?
