Problem to solve
Deleting an endpoint is a necessary counter action to adding an endpoint for alert integrations. As services and organizations evolve, operations teams will need to manage their monitoring infrastructure to keep up. Being able to delete an endpoint is necessary for organizational and tooling changes.

User experience goal
Allow users to easily delete an integration once it's been added.
Proposal
Add a delete icon button to each line item in the integrations list
Clicking on 'delete' will prompt a confirmation modal:
Deleting an integration deletes the endpoint and any associated custom mappings.
