Manual scoped session logout

User can manually logout of a specific session scope.

The end goal is that an Organization can specify an exclusive lock on a user's session, where a user can not be logged in to the Organization and the instance. This end goal will require the ability to logout of a specific session scope. If you can be automatically be requested to logout of a session scope, then you should have the ability to explicitly logout of a session scope also.

This issue is to implement a manual scoped session logout process.

The top right account drop down will need multiple sign out entries to sign out of each scope.
