Secrets detection not displaying in merge request widget

Summary

Tested on gitlab.com and 13.3.2-ee

The secrets detection status is not displaying in the merge request widget as documented here https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/application_security/secret_detection

See project examples.

Expected:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a project and enable secrets detection.
  2. Add an MR with a file containing a secret ie. https://anton:password-to-detect@gitlab.com
  3. Observe in the pipeline after it completes that the secret detection job ran, and it detected a problem. Also observe in the merge request page that the widget does not contain the secrets detection

Example Project

Example MR (no secrets detection in the merge request widget): anton/171111-secrets-detection-test!1 (closed)

Corresponding pipeline (shows secret detection): https://gitlab.com/anton/171111-secrets-detection-test/-/pipelines/185062659/security

What is the current bug behavior?

Secrets detection status does not display on the MR widget, as per the docs.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Secrets detection status should display on the MR widget, as per the docs.
