Global Search - Bold Issues Search Term in Results

On the Global Search issue page, the term a user searches should be bolded in the results description paragraphs.

Using Elasticsearch term Highlighting, as the matching for Elasticsearch is more complex than the matching of a verbatim term. It will match on portions and include stemming. It may even break apart words.
