Interactive web terminal: implement full height terminal

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

Implement full height terminals. Currently, the terminal is only 450 pixels in height.

According to @steveazz, it should be fairly easy to implement. We also have plans to move this to the job page: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/50233
