Quick actions (label) do not work with code in issue description
Summary
If there is code (backtick or 3 backticks) in issue description, quick action for labels (maybe others as well, didn't check) does not work.

Create the issue with quick action and code in it.

Quick action is not working (label is not applied).

Label is applied (quick action working).
